National Insurance Crime Bureau Creates Katrina Flood Car Registry
To help prevent the undisclosed sale of flood cars to the public, the National Insurance Crime Bureau (NICB) will be placing a special team of people in the Gulf states heavily hit by Hurricane Katrina. Their responsibility will be to identify and catalog cars that were injured creating what will be known as the Katrina Registry.
